Returns & Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked, 100% money-back guarantee on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are products that haven't arrived yet but can be reserved in advance. They will be shipped as they arrive, and once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
